At CultureFly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fan gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
